Day trips are available to quality fly fishing waters near Cedar City, Beaver and other nearby towns along the I-15 corridor. Driving to meet your guide nearer the fishing location is customary, but pick-up at specific lodging facilities may also be possible (fees may apply). General drive time is this region is 30-45 minutes. Book your guide first, then call us so we can talk specifics and set an expectation for the day.
Streams as well as lakes can be enjoyed here without much windshield time. Of course, a bit of hiking can get us into off-the-beaten-path locations and away from the crowds. Guides will call the evening prior your trip to talk logistics, get lunch orders (full-days only) and organize the day before pick-up.

Duck Creek, found along-side Highway 14, is a wonderful fly fishing stream with wild brookies and some nicer brown trout. Many ponds nearby are stocked with trout on Cedar Mountain, including Navajo Lake, Panguitch Lake, Duck Creek Pond, Mammoth Creek, and Aspen Mirror Lake. The elevations range from 8,500 ft. to 11,000 ft., where you can beat the summertime heat.
